ברוכים הבאים לאתר רף סטודיו (להלן: "האתר"). האתר מופעל ומנוהל על ידי רפי דיבונו – רף סטודיו (להלן: "בעל העסק"). השימוש באתר, הזמנת שירותים וביצוע תשלומים כפופים לתקנון זה.
רכישה באתר מותרת לבני 18 ומעלה בלבד. ביצוע רכישה מהווה הצהרת הרוכש כי הוא בן 18 ומעלה.
האתר מציע שירותים דיגיטליים, שיעורי פיתוח קול, הפקת מוזיקה, סדנאות ותכנים דיגיטליים.
אין מכירה של מוצרים פיזיים ואין משלוחים.
כל התשלומים באתר מבוצעים באמצעות שירות Morning מבית "חשבונית ירוקה".
למרות שגביית התשלום נעשית דרך Morning -
האחריות על מתן השירות, מדיניות הביטול וההתנהלות מול הלקוח היא של בעל העסק בלבד.
לקוח רשאי לבטל רכישת שירות בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן ובהתאם לאופי השירות:
- שירות חד־פעמי (לדוגמה שיעור אישי/הקלטה): ניתן לבטל עד 24 שעות לפני מועד השירות.
- שירות דיגיטלי הנמסר מיידית או קבצים שנפתחה אליהם גישה: לא ניתן לבטל לאחר קבלת הגישה.
- בקשה לביטול תעשה בשיחה טלפונית או בהודעה טלפונית (וואטסאפ, SMS, וכדומה..).
החזר יתבצע עד 7 ימי עסקים בהתאם לאמצעי התשלום שממנו בוצעה העסקה.
בכל עמוד תשלום יופיע צ'ק בוקס לאישור התנאים והתקנון עם לינק ישיר לתקנון, ויש לסמן וי בצ'ק בוקס כדי להמשיך בתהליך התשלום.
מאחר שלא נמכרים מוצרים פיזיים, אספקת השירותים נעשית באופן הבא:
- שיעורים – תיאום מועד באופן אישי או אונליין דרך האתר, במקביל לתשלום.
- שירותים דיגיטליים – קישור/י הורדה לקובץ ישלח/ו בהודעה או במייל לנייד הלקוח.
- קורסים / סדנאות – פרטים יינתנו במסגרת עמוד השירות.
בעל העסק אינו אחראי לעיכובים הנגרמים מכוח עליון, תקלות תקשורת, בעיות צד ג' או אי מענה מצד הלקוח.
על הלקוח לאשר הגעה על כל תזכורת שתישלח ערב לפני יום הפגישה שנקבעה ובאם לא אישר הגעה פגישה זו תתקבל כמבוטלת/דחויה.
רף סטודיו פועל לפי חוקי זכויות היוצרים בישראל.
עם זאת, ייתכנו מקרים שבהם לצורך תרגול, הדרכה, חינוך מוזיקלי או הפקה, יעשה שימוש בחומרים מוזיקליים השייכים לאמנים שונים.
הלקוח מאשר כי השימוש בחומרים כאלה מיועד ללימוד, הדגמה ויצירה בלבד, ואינו מקנה ללקוח זכויות כלשהן ביצירות המקוריות.
אין להעביר, להפיץ או למכור חומרים אלו ללא אישור מבעלי הזכויות.
בעל העסק מתחייב שלא לעשות שימוש מסחרי ביצירות מוגנות מעבר להיתרים הנדרשים על פי חוק.
השימוש בשירותים הוא על אחריות המשתמש בלבד.
בעל העסק ו/או מי מטעמו לא יישאו באחריות לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנגרם עקב שימוש בתכנים או בחומרים הניתנים ללקוח (לדוגמא: תביעה על הפרת זכויות, עלבון ברשתות וכו'..).
לכל הנרשמים ו/או שקבעו פגישה דרך האתר נפתח גם עמוד אישי "הסטודיו שלי" בו ניתן לערוך את פרטי המשתמש, לשתף פרוייקטים, לקבוע פגישות ביומן האישי, לשלוח הקלטות מרחוק דרך ממשק האולפן הוירטואלי, לבצע תשלומים ולעקוב אחר חשבוניות הלקוח.
עמוד "הסטודיו שלי" משמש בנוסף פרופיל אומן לשם פרסום ושיווק עצמי לטובת המשתמש באתר, שירות זה אינו בתשלום.
הגישה לעמודי הלקוח השונים אינה במפת האתר ואינה חשופה לציבור אלא רק דרך שיתוף ישיר של הקישור על ידי המשתמש עצמו.
האתר נוקט באמצעי אבטחה סבירים ומקובלים כדי לשמור על פרטיות ואבטחת המידע של המשתמשים.
פרטי הלקוחות יישמרו במערכות מאובטחות ולא יועברו לצדדים שלישיים אלא לצורך תפעול השירותים בלבד.
הלקוח מאשר כי הנתונים שימסור ישמשו את האתר לצורך יצירת קשר, תיאום שירותים, שליחת המוצר הדיגיטלי שרכש ושליחת חשבוניות.

Welcome to the Rough Studio website (hereinafter: "the Site"). The Site is operated and managed by Rafi Dibono – Rough Studio (hereinafter: "the Business Owner"). Use of the Site, ordering services, and making payments are subject to these terms.
Purchases on the Site are permitted for individuals aged 18 and above only. Making a purchase constitutes a declaration by the buyer that they are 18 years old or older.
The Site offers digital services, vocal coaching lessons, music production, workshops, and digital content.
No physical products are sold and no deliveries are provided.
All payments on the Site are processed via Morning, a service by "Green Invoice."
Although payment processing is handled through Morning—
the responsibility for providing the service, cancellation policies, and customer communication lies solely with the Business Owner.
A customer may cancel the purchase of a service in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and based on the nature of the service:
- One-time service (e.g., private lesson/recording session): can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Digital service delivered immediately or files for which access has been granted: cannot be canceled after access is provided.
- Cancellation requests must be made by phone call or phone message (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.).
Refunds will be issued within up to 7 business days according to the payment method used for the transaction.
On each payment page, a check box will appear to confirm the terms and conditions with a direct link to the regulations, and you must check the box to continue the payment process.
Since no physical products are sold, service delivery is as follows:
- Lessons – scheduling is coordinated personally or online via the Site, alongside payment.
- Digital services – download link(s) will be sent via message or email to the customer's mobile device.
- Courses / workshops – details are provided on the service page.
The Business Owner is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, communication failures, third-party issues, or lack of response from the customer.
The customer must confirm attendance for any reminder message sent the evening before the scheduled meeting. If confirmation is not provided, the meeting will be considered canceled/postponed.
Rough Studio operates in accordance with copyright laws in Israel.
However, in certain cases, for training, instruction, musical education, or production, musical materials belonging to various artists may be used.
The customer acknowledges that such materials are used for learning, demonstration, and creation only, and do not grant the customer any rights to the original works.
These materials may not be transferred, distributed, or sold without permission from the rights holders.
The Business Owner commits not to use protected works commercially beyond what is legally permitted.
Use of the services is at the user's sole responsibility.
The Business Owner and/or anyone acting on their behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of content or materials provided to the customer (e.g., claims regarding copyright infringement, online harassment, etc.).
For all users who register and/or schedule a meeting through the Site, a personal page “My Studio” is opened, where they can edit their user details, share projects, schedule personal calendar meetings, send remote recordings via the virtual studio interface, process payments, and track customer invoices.
The “My Studio” page also serves as an artist profile for self-promotion and marketing for the user's benefit on the Site; this service is free of charge.
Access to customer pages is not part of the public site map and is not publicly visible, except via direct link sharing by the user.
The Site uses reasonable and accepted security measures to protect users' privacy and data security.
Customer information will be stored in secure systems and will not be transferred to third parties except for operating the services.
The customer consents that the information they provide will be used by the Site for contacting them, coordinating services, sending the purchased digital product, and issuing invoices.
